Tower's Nursing Home Ministry meets the 2nd Saturday of each month from 10:00am-11:30am working on projects for the nursing home residents or meeting with residents at Tower's Nursing Home. When meeting at Towers, our Music Ministry joins with their instruments and song. Some activities that residents and ministry members participate in are singing, reading books, bible study, visiting, games & knitting. Projects have included sewing walker bags and making stockings for residents.
Donuts for Dad--Celebrating Father's Day with Towers Nursing Home Residents
Saturday, June 20th, our FBC Nursing Home Ministry had a beautiful morning at Towers Nursing Home. We brought donuts and celebrated the dads among the residents, honoring them for Father's Day. The morning was made even more special with music by Stan Bryant, as it brought joy and peace to the residents. It was a wonderful time of connection and love. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate--your presence made it all the more special!
